..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to return the petitioner's original certificates forthwith. For Petitioner :

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to first respondent to return petitioner's original certificates forthwith.

2. Learned counsel for first respondent would submit that first respondent is ready and willing to return petitioner's original certificates viz., 10th Mark Sheet, 12th Mark Sheet and Community Certificate forthwith. Insofar as the transfer certificate is concerned, the same would be issued by first respondent after issuing a no due certificate, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. In view thereof, it is open to petitioner to approach first respondent authority to collect the original certificates. Insofar as the 10th Mark Sheet, 12th Mark Sheet, and Community Certificate are concerned, first respondent shall return the same forthwith to petitioner. Insofar as the Transfer Certificate is concerned, the same shall be issued by first respondent to petitioner, after issuing a no due certificate. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
