Respondent PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.8.2018 by providing the actual overdue amount in all the loan accounts bearing No.300106211000021, 300109041000050, 300109221000001, 300109401000001 and 300107711000012 so as to enable the petitioner to pay the same in a stipulated period and on such payment to regularize the loan accounts.

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer of the petitioner is that directions be given to the respondent bank to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.8.2018 in relation to the loan amount taken by her.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has produced the letter dated 20.8.2018 which clearly shows that the representation of the petitioner dated 14.8.2018 has been considered. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the petitioner has received the letter dated 20.8.2018 which shows that her representation dated 14.8.2018 has been considered.

In this view of the matter, nothing further survives in this petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.26536 of 2018 is closed.
