Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue patta in the name of petitioner in respect of the property situated in Survey No.164/4, Sivapuram village, Aladu Group-1 Revenue Madura, No.57, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District totally to an extent of 33 cents by considering the petitioners representation dated 12-06-2017.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue patta in his name in respect of the property situated in Survey No.164/4, Sivapuram village, Aladu Group-1 Revenue Madura, No.57, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District, measuring an extent of 33 cents, by considering his representation dated 12.06.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given a representation on 12.06.2017, the second respondent has not considered the same so far.

3.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, the learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2017 in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
