Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the above said condition to report before the H-3 Police Station 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P. No.6219/2022 order dated 01.04.2022 of this petitioner and pass such further order or other order.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6219 of 2022 on 01.04.2022 that the petitioner to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6219 of 2022 on 01.04.2022 that the petitioner to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
4.The other conditions imposed by this Court vide order, dated 01.04.2022, remains unaltered.
