JUDGMENT

(Delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) It is submitted that the disputes between the parties were referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras and the disputes have been resolved through mediation.

2. Accordingly, a joint memo has been filed by the appellant and the respondent recording the terms of settlement. As per the terms of compromise, the appellant has received a sum of Rs.2,25,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crore Twenty Five Lakhs Only) by a demand draft dated 07.04.2017 bearing No.280860 drawn on State Bank of India. The appellant accepts and acknowledges the receipt of the said amount in full and final settlement towards all claims of the appellant against the respondent.

3. In view of the settlement as aforesaid, the appeal is disposed of. The joint memo dated 13.04.2017 shall form part of the decree. No costs.
