mmi private limited company. These applications are accompanied by the certificate of incorporation of the plaintiff as a private limited company. In view thereof, these applications (A.Nos.1633 to 1635 of 2026) are liable to be and are hereby allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the plaintiff shall carry out the amendments in the plaint and the pending applications on or before 20.04.2026 and serve a copy of the amended plaint and applications on the other parties within a week therefrom.
