ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order dated 04.01.2018 passed by the learned IV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in I.A.No.12353 of 2017 in O.S.No.2119 of 2016, thereby dismissing the petition to provide adequate police protection.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main suit itself disposed of and hence the revision petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition.
