This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondent herein for non-compliance of the order dated 05.03.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5184 of 2021.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent produced a copy of the communication dated 05.08.2021 vide Na.Ka.No.17059/W3/E1/2021, issued by the Respondent and submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with.

The said communication dated 05.08.2021 is taken on record. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the communication dated 05.08.2021, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
