Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time of order granted in Crl.OP.No.12254 of 2022 on 19.05.2022 and pass appropriate order or other order as this Honble Court may deem fit and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 19.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12254 of 2022 to execute sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners are directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 24.06.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
