Petition to transfer the investigation of the case registered in Cr.No.107 of 2020 before the Mangalamedu Police Station, Perambalur,
2. When the matter came up for consideration on 30.04.2024, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent states that the investigation has already completed and final report will be filed within a period of two weeks. Therefore, the matter was adjourned for reporting compliance.
3. Accordingly, today when the matter came up for consideration, the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent states that the final report filed before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kunnam, on 12.06.2024 and the same has been taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate and notice been given to the defacto complainant in respect of the alteration of the charges found in the final report.
4. In view of the above fact, this court finds that there is no necessity to entertain the petition for transfer of investigation since 2/4
