Respondents PRAYER Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to extend the benefit of Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.413, Finance (PGC) Department, dated 04.11.2010 by sanctioning the Old Pension Scheme as applicable to the similarly appointed Teachers before 01.04.2003 with all attendant benefits including arrears of pension etc.,

Even though in the present Writ Petition a direction has been sought for to extend the benefit of Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.413, Finance (PGC) Department, dated 04.11.2010, the petitioner is directed to give an additional copy of the representation dated 12.12.2017 along with necessary documents and a copy of this order to the respondents. Such representation should be given on or before 25.05.2018. On receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same on merits by 30.06.2018, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
