3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 30.09.2021.
