Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, a Settlement Agreement dated 14.02.2020 entered into between the parties, was produced, wherein, it is stated that, the Petitioner/wife and the Respondent/husband have agreed to live together as husband and wife.

2. Taking note of the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties that, the matter is settled between the parties and in view of the Settlement Agreement entered into between the parties, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

The Settlement Agreement dated 14.02.2020 shall form part of the record. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.16772 of 2019 is closed.
