The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 29.08.2015.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint against one Saroja, Vinayagamurthy and others. Since the respondent has not registered the complaint, she has filed the present petition.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was already registered in Crime No.534 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 447, 506(i) and 420 I.P.C. and the same is under investigation.

4. Since a case was already registered on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, the prayer that has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made in the present petition has become infructuous. Hence, the criminal original petition is closed.
