ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have sent Joint representations dated 12.08.2022 requesting the 2nd respondent to send his proposal to the 1st respondent in regard to the petitioners' promotion to the post of social extension officer or superintendent cum warden and accommodate the petitioners in the available vacancies. The said representations are pending with the respondents.
2. At this Juncture, the Special Government Pleader would submit that they would consider the representation of the petitioners according to its own merit in accordance with law.
3. In such view of the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court without going into the merits of the case, deems it appropriate, to direct the respondents to consider the Joint representation of the petitioners and pass orders in accordance with law on its own merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. In the result, all these Writ petitions are disposed of with the aforesaid
