This petition is filed to accept the cause title and direct the registry to number the CRP.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent died on 06.09.2020 and an application for impleading the legal representatives of the first respondent, was filed and pending before the learned II Additional District Judge, Salem. In the meanwhile, the petitioner has filed the Civil Revision Petition for speedy disposal of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.48 of 2019 in O.S.No.168 of 2017. Therefore, he prays for accepting the cause title and direct the registry to number the CRP.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. 05.08.2021 Note: Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
