Mr.M.Murali Govt.Advocate For R.4 & R.5 in CRP No.2255 of 2026; R.3 & R.4 in CRP Nos.2261 & 2264 of 2026 COMMON ORDER The petitioner has filed the above revisions seeking a direction to the Subordinate Judge, Vandavasi to dispose of the suit in O.S.Nos. 126 of 2024, 227 of 2024 and 211 of 2024 expeditiously.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners are around 60 years old and in view of the limited prayer sought for by the revision petitioner, I am inclined to dispose of the above revisions at the admission stage itself.

4. Accordingly, the civil revision petitions are disposed of directing the Subordinate Judge, Vandavasi to dispose of O.S.Nos. 126 of 2024, 227 of 2024 and 211 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
