CMP Nos.13230, 13232 and 13234 of 2020 have been filed by the petitioners i)to condone the delay of 507 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first respondent ; ii) to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first respondent and iii) to bring on record the respondents 8-11 as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent.

2. Heard Ms. R. Meenal, learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.Since, notice has been duly served on the respondents, and having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.
