2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seek permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a suit, for demarcation, before the Civil Court, under The (Tamil Nadu) Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
