..Respondents Prayer: Review Application filed under Order XLVII Rule 1 of CPC read with Section 114 of CPC., to Review the Order dated 03.11.2015 in WP No.4827 of 2012 and direct the Respondents to treat the 2054 vacancies notified under G.O.Ms.No.193 dated 15.07.2010 and 2064 vacancies notified under G.O.Ms.No.46, dated 01.03.2011 in the post of Graduate Assistants on par with the vacancies notified under G.O.Ms.No.145, 146, 64, 152 and 153 dated 29.06.2009, 29.06.2009, 15.03.2010, 03.06.2010 and 03.06.2010 respectively and fill up the 2054 plus 2064 vacancies based on Employment Exchange Seniority and cut off date and communal reservation without insisting on TET so that justice may be done.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.Jayachandran J.) This is an application to review the order passed by this Court on 03.11.2015. We are not inclined to entertain this Review Application in view of the Hon'ble Supreme Court judgment rendered in Anjuman Isheat-E-Taleem Trust Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others dated 01.09.2025 reported in 2025 INSC 1063. As a result, the Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
