This miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to accept the cause title in the above said Tr.C.M.P.SR.No.48201 of 2024 by recognizing the power of attorney executed by the petitioner in favour of Ramakrishnana, S/o.Babudhasan by appreciating the above said facts and circumstances of the case.
