O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.09.2015.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against one Seshadri on the allegation that the said Seshadri abused the petitioner by mentioning his caste name, in respect of the property dispute. Though the complaint was lodged on 23.09.2015, till date, no action was taken. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conducted and the same has been closed on 18.10.2015 and he has also produced the closure report for perusal of this Court.

4. Since the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and closed, nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, the petition is dismissed and the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if he so desires.
