Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. With the consent of either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2015 and to release his sand loading vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN-70-P-3799 immediately. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner is innocent and is the owner of the vehicle and he has not committed any illegality. Further, it is submitted that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 06.08.2015 to the respondents seeking to release the vehicle.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation within a week's time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the case, there will be a direction upon the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
