(CRIME NO.204 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to RELAX the bail condition imposed that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.MP.No.4997 of 2022 in Crl OP No.4374 of 2022 order dated 13.04.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4997 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.4374 of 2022 on 13.04.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
