A.Raja v. J.John Babu
Crl.M.P.No.7906/2026 in Crl.RC.SR.21107 of 2026 SHAMIM AHMED, J.
This petition is filed for condoning the delay of 52 days in filing the present Criminal Revision Case.
2. This Court, vide order dated 30.04.2026 issued notice to the respondent. As per the office report dated 03.06.2026, notice has already been served upon the respondent, but today when the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the respondent. Even the respondent has also not present to argue the delay condonation application. Thus, it appears that the respondent has nothing to say on the delay condonation application.
3. On being satisfied with the reasons contained in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 52 days in filing the present Criminal Revision.
4. Accordingly, the delay of 52 days in filing the Criminal Revision is condoned.
