Crl.M.P.No. 7272 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.Sr.No. 22411 of 2024 P.VELMURUGAN, J This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 141 days in filing the criminal revision petition filed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2674 of 2023 by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhachalam, dated 04.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory, however, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.

4.The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter after vacation.
