This writ petition has been filed challenging the Award, dated 15.02.2010 passed by the Labour Court in ID No.141 of 2009. 2.This writ petitioner already filed a petition in W.P.No.15674 of 2022 challenging the main award passed in ID No.141 of 2009, wherein this Court passed an order, dated 17.07.2025 by setting aside the ex-parte award passed by the Labour Court.

3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There is no order as to costs.
