Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to complete the enquiry with petitioner representation dated 03.08.2020 in the time bound manner.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to complete the enquiry with petitioner representation dated 03.08.2020 in the time bound manner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner lodged complaint before the first respondent for fraudulent transaction by his own brother in respect of the property which was settled by him to the petitioner by the registered settlement deed dated 20.07.2010. The said complaint dated 03.08.2020 is pending on the file of the first respondent.

3. Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
