Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.7738 /F.3/ 2020 dated 01.07.2021 and quash the same and 1/4

consequently forbear the respondents from disturbing / terminating / cancelling the fishery rights of the petitioner co-operative Society pursuant to the Lease Agreement dated 15.04.2021 in respect of fishery rights in the Anaimaduvu Reservoir located in the Revenue Village of Pulithikuttai, Vazhapadi Taluk, Salem District. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.7738 /F.3/ 2020 dated 01.07.2021 and to forbear the respondents from disturbing / terminating / cancelling the fishery rights of the petitioner co-operative Society pursuant to the Lease Agreement dated 15.04.2021 in respect of fishery rights in the Anaimaduvu Reservoir located in the Revenue Village of Pulithikuttai, Vazhapadi Taluk, Salem District.

The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that 2/4

while pending the writ petition fresh tender was notified, in which the petitioner also participated. The petitioner was the highest bidder and he was allotted lease of fishing right in respect of Anaimaduvu Reservoir. 3.

Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
