O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.07.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 302, 506(ii), 120(b), 109, 34 IPC, in Crime No.416 of 2008, seeks bail.

2.It is a case of jumped bail. This Court had very recently dismissed the bail application of the petitioner on 25.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13001 of 2020 observing that the petitioner has been absconding from the year 2013 (for the past seven years) and this Court had also directed that the committal Court to commit the case at the earliest. However, this petition has been filed immediately within nine days from the date of dismissal of the earlier order without any change in circumstances.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to consider this bail application. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
