PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the Rent Controller Court Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore to hear and dispose of the I.A.No.378 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.209 of 2018 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for seeking direction to the Learned Principal District Munsif / House Rent Controller, Coimbatore to dispose of the I.A.No.378 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.209 of 2018 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that R.C.O.P.No.209 of 2018 was filed on the ground of willful default and for demolition and reconstruction. The Respondents have not paid rent regularly and therefore, I.A.No.378 of 2018 was filed under Section 11 (4) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings Lease and Rent Control Act, 1960 claiming arrears of rent from April 2017. Since, this Application has been kept pending without any progress, this Petition has been filed.

3.Since the scope of this Petition is very limited and the I.A.No.378 of 2018 is pending for the past three years, the Learned Principal District Munsif / House Rent Controller, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of the I.A.No.378 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.209 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4.With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
