ORDER
The petition for transfer is filed to withdraw and transfer O.S.No.25 of 2020 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Namakkal and transfer the same to the District Mahila Court, Namakkal to try along with the O.S.No.49/2014.
2. The transfer is sought for only within the Courts at Namakkal District. Therefore, the present petition for transfer before this Court is not maintainable. If at all the grievance of the petitioners exists, they are at liberty to approach the competent forum for the purpose of redressing their grievances.
3. With these observations, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
