ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2025.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is pursuing law course in Dr.Ambedkar Global Law Institute, Tirupathi. She is not in a position to pay the entire fees by herself. Therefore, she wants an educational loan when she approached the respondents 2 and 3 the same is not granted therefore after making representation the petitioner as approach this Court.

When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.Kalyanaraman, the learned counsel taking notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the petitioner has to first approach the second respondent branch and should obtain a proper application form and duly filled up the application form to be submitted along with the required documents. If only this application is the required format along with the documents is submitted thereafter it will be taken for processing and if the petitioner is found to be eligible, the same will be duly processed and it will be sanctioned.
4. In view thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the following terms;
(i) The petitioner shall approach the second respondent within one week from today and seek a copy of the printed application form and submit the duly filled in application along with such supporting documents; (ii) Thereafter, the second respondent shall consider the same process in accordance with law and then pass final 3/6
orders thereon, this Writ Petition is disposed of with accordingly. Since the loan is an educational loan, as and when the application is submitted the same can be processed as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than four weeks from the date of filing of the application;
(iii) No costs.
