A.No.4910 of 2019 in C.S.No.620 of 2014 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J., This application has been filed seeking payment out the amount of Rs.3,50,829/- lying in the credit of C.S.No.620 of 2014 to the 1st defendant.

2. The suit itself has been dismissed as withdrawn on the basis of memo filed by the counsel for the plaintiffs.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs have also made an endorsement expressing his no objection for this application being allowed.

4. Hence this application is allowed, directing payment out of a sum of Rs.3,50,829/- (Rupees three lakhs fifty thousand eight hundred and twenty nine only) lying in the credit of suit to the 1st defendant Mr.T.T.Viswanath @ T.T.Vadivel.
