This Application has been filed seeking permission to the petitioner to sell the immovable properties namely, the house property at No.4, Nimmo Road, Santhome, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004 measuring about 1977 sq. ft., and the land at Plot No.40, measuring 2400 sq. ft., in S.No.381 out of the larger extent of 9.72 acres in T.T.Kundur Village, Tiruchirapalli, for which the petitioners had obtained the Letters of Administration by an order dated 05.12.2019. This property originally vested with Dr.D.Vimala Mary, the sister of the petitioners who died intestate on 21.01.2017. 2.In this application, the petitioners were directed to tender evidence. The 5th applicant, Mr.D.Antony Sunderraj, examined himself as PW-1. The petitioners are permitted to sell the aforementioned two properties to the purchaser who gives the best advantage to all of them.
