The Original Application No.3402 of 2002 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to call for the records of the respondent in connection with the impugned order issued in CPO No.787/02 RC No.PR 188/F1/01 dated 31.05.2002 and quash the same and direct the respondent to reinstate the applicant into service and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner already died and further submitted that there is no communication even from his legal heirs inspite of the letters having been sent by him. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
