O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to appoint a suitable Inspector of Police and register a case in respect of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.05.2016 and conduct a fair inquiry and take appropriate action according to the provisions of law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.05.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
