PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 3rd respondent herein to give adequate protection to petitioner and land to do the agriculture in peaceful manner with in my ancestral property of the land.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection for the petitioner to enable him to do agricultural activities in his property.

2. The matter involves the pure civil dispute in which the respondent police will have no role to pay. That apart, there are Civil proceedings pending between the parties. 3.In view of the above, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court and the petitioner has to agitate his right only before the competent Civil Court.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
