C.M.P.No.12609 of 2024 in S.A.SR.No.51768 of 2024 N.MALA,J, The Additional Affidavit of the petitioner is filed in support of this petition to dispense with the production of the original copy of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.4325 of 2017 on the file of XI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. It is stated in the affidavit that the original judgment and decree of the Trial Court was filed in the First Appellate Court in A.S.No.182 of 2023 on the file of XVIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and hence, the original copy could not be produced before this Court.

3. In view of the said submission, the production of the original copy of the judgment and decree in O.S.No. 4325 of 2017 is dispensed with.

4. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
