The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction for directing the respondent to produce the actual witness Mrs.Samundeeswari, Wife of Jayakumar. 2.It is seen that the Investigating Officer, while filing final report along with the list of witnesses mentioned that Mrs.Samundeeswari, Wife of Jayakumar as LW-8. Actually, the said Samundeeswari is a Wife of Arumugam and she was examined as PW-9.
3.It is also seen from the evidence that she is the correct person who was enquired by the Investigating Officer as LW-8. The prosecution examined only the correct person. Therefore, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
this Court finds no merit in the petition.
4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
