ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 395, 397 and 506(2) of Indian Penal Code, 1860 in Cr.No.150 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 21.04.2021, at about 5.30 p.m., the petitioner robbed cell phone and a sum of Rs.640/- from the defacto complainant by showing knife. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are eight previous cases pending against him which are similar in nature. He further submits that earlier this Court had dismissed two anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner and this is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by him. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Taking into account the fact that there are eight previous cases pending against the petitioner which are similar in nature and the earlier anticipatory bail petitions were dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
