The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that instead of filing Civil Revision Petition, challenging the impugned order passed in Tr.O.P.No.27 of 2015, he has filed the present Transfer C.M.P., under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure and hence, he prays for withdrawal of this Transfer C.M.P., with liberty to file Civil Revision Petition challenging the impugned order dated 29.10.2015 passed in Tr.O.P.No.27 of 2015. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
