... Respondents PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus

(1) directing the respondents to sanction and issue order life time pension (Old Pension Scheme) to the petitioner by taking into consideration of the 50% of non-pensionable service rendered in the cadre of part time Junior Professor along with District Judge regular service under Rules 11 and 27 of the Tamilnadu Pension Rules and to compute the qualifying service for pension as 10 1/2 + 7 1/2 + 2 = 20 = 40 half years the last pay drawn as Rs.63,070/-;

(2) to direct the respondents to order and issue service gratuity for the District Judge service period 2005-2013 (roughly about 71/2 x 1,12,580 - 4% deduction);

(3) to direct the respondents to order and issue PF amount deduction during the District Judge Service period 2005-2013, contribution recovered towards New Pension Scheme (roughly about Rs.6,18,215/- together with the interest at the rate of 8% per annum from 01.8.2013; and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(4) to direct the respondents to grant admissible HRA for the period from 01.8.2013 to 27.1.2017.

(Order of the Court was made by NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO,J) Learned counsel for the petitioner had given a letter dated 06.7.2017 to the Registry seeking to withdraw the above writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is listed today under the caption 'for withdrawal'. Today, when the case is called, a similar request is made to that effect.
