Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.MP.No.3020 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.14636 of 2020 by this Hon'ble court dated 18.03.2021 (i.e) the petitioner shall report before the respondent once in a week i.e Every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and pass such further or other orders.
Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MURUGESAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 18.03.2021, this Court had relaxed the condition and directed that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition,
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.
4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 18.03.2021 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., first of every month at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
