2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.59 of 2015 before the respondent.

4. In view of the above, time bound order to complete the investigation cannot be passed. However, the respondent police is directed to investigate and file a Charge Sheet expeditiously.
