ORDER

Pursuant to the undertaking given on 29.08.2024 and thereafter on 22.03.2025, a Memorandum of Understanding entered between the petitioner and the respondent. A scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

2.Today, the petitioner and the respondent are present before this Court along with their respective counsels.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the issue between the petitioner and the respondent got resolved. He would submit that as per the undertaking given on 29.08.2024, the petitioner paid the balance amount of Rs.9,00,000/- to the respondent on 22.03.2025, in total, the petitioner paid a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- for the cheque amount of Rs.,6,78,375/-.

4.The learned counsel for the respondent confirms the receipt of balance amount of Rs.9,00,000/- from the petitioner. 5.The respondent filed compounding petition along with affidavit before this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6762 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.736 of 2022 invoking Section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 to compound the offence and the same is ordered.

6.In the result, the case between the petitioner and the respondent is 4/6

compounded. Hence, the judgment, dated 19.04.2021 in S.T.C.No.181 of 2019, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Tiruchengode and the judgment dated 05.04.2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, Namakkal in C.A.No.80 of 2021 are set aside and the revision is allowed accordingly. The petitioner is acquitted of all the charges levelled against him.
