Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.07.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.388 of 2016 and the same was closed on 24.07.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
