O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent to investigate the case in Cr.No.1175 of 2011 dated 19.12.2011 and file a final report.

2. A complaint has been lodged by one Nithiya Rajana against the petitioner and another for the alleged offence under sections 294(b), 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.1175 of 2011 on Though four years have lapsed from the date of complaint, till date, no no action was taken.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of investigation, the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Magistrate Court but the same was returned to the respondent police and it is yet to be represented. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.1175 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
