ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to consider his representation dated 20.05.2022 as the statement made by him and not to harass him other than due process of law.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that in connection with Crime No.06/2020, on the file of the second respondent Inspector of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Police, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Mayiladuthurai, summons have been issued for recording statement as required in law.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed.
4. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would state that no further statement is required from the petitioner.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.
