both ordinarily residing at No.12/23, Kamarajar Colony, 9th Street, Kodambakkam, Chennai 24 and issue necessary certificate and submit report to this Hon'ble court in O.P.No. 101 of 2021 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing in the presence of Mr. R.Veeramani, Advocate for the Applicant herein and upon reading the judges summons and the affidavit of A.Gnanasundhari filed herein, it is ordered as follows:- That the Tahsildar/respondent herein be and is hereby directed to enquire with the relationship between the petitioner and the minor child and issue necessary certificate on or before 13.08.2021.

2. That the A.No.2408 of 2021 in O.P.No.101 of 2021 be posted on 13.08.2021.

A.Gnanasundhari and minor J.R.Kedhiziyal Hebzibha, born on 20.04.2006, both ordinarily residing at No.12/23, Kamarajar Colony, 9th Street, Kodambakkam, Chennai 24 and issue necessary certificate and submit report to this Hon'ble court in O.P.No. 101 of 2021 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

These Original applications coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:- This Application has been filed to direct the respondent/third party to enquire into the relationship between the petitioner A.Gnanasundhari and minor J.R.Kedhiziyal Hebzibha, born on 20.04.2006, and issue necessary certificate and submit report to his Court within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the materials placed on record.

3.This Court by order dated 16.02.2021 directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to get a certificate from the Tahsildar concerned and from the Father of the Church in regard to the relationship between the petitioner and the minor child. Thereafter, when the petitioner approached the Taluk Office for issuance of relationship certificate, it is stated that the Taluk Office is not issuing any relationship certificate unless directed by the Court.

4.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition. Therefore, this Application stands ordered and the respondent/Tahsildar is directed to enquire with the relationship between the petitioner and the minor child and issue a necessary certificate on or before 13.08.2021. Post the matter on 13.08.2021.
